Attorney Rick Callison dedicated his early education to business law. Working at a reputable regional law firm as a business lawyer, he was exposed to probate administration and estate planning. He found that these individual fields complemented each other in a special way. Also, none were complete without a healthy understanding of tax law. This made him keen on growing his own practice – one that would logically combine these fields. What sets the practice apart is a focus on business law, tax law, wills and estates, estate planning, and probate administration, and how they interact.
From working at the prestigious Hartman Underhill & Brubaker to opening his own practice in 2014, Rick has represented businesses, estate planners, and personal representatives alike. He has navigated the complex field of securities regulation and given talks to entrepreneurs considering a business idea. Beyond law school, he has furthered his education with an advanced tax law degree.
